Experts help by searching the market across thousands of different products from every available vendor and manage the application process for customers from start to finish. Which? advisers get paid salaries, not commission, so customers know that their recommendations are the right deal for them.

The core objectives of the campaign were to increase organic traffic and leads via the website in a particularly competitive insurance industry. Additionally, num wanted to improve visibility around the right content and sections, to help drive downloads and sign-ups for content marketing lead generation campaigns. Our focus was to establish num as the leading voice in employee benefits.

Brief

La idea fue la de proveer a los integrantes de la Asociación una herramienta de publicación eficiente, de fácil manejo y de alto impacto visual.

A inicio del 2020 y con la Pandemia en ciernes, la posibilidad de realizar remates de vacunos de modo presencial, como era habitual, no iba a ser posible.
Se barajaron dos alternativas de naturaleza similar pero con proyecciones y grados de adecuación distintas. La consigna entonces sumó el concepto de adaptabilidad a las cambiantes circunstancias de exposición, fruto de la incertidumbre planteada por la situación sanitaria.
El proyecto finalmente presentó en abril del 2020 y en tan solo un mes, una Plataforma ágil, estética que fue la primea en su estilo.
Los requerimientos de publicación de los asociados, los elementos visuales que intervinieron iban acomodándose a ritmo vertiginoso. La elasticidad de la estructura del Portal dió respuesta en todo momento a estas variables obteniendo un gran número de visitas durante toda la temporada de remates.

Our Strategy

In the onsite phase of the project, we helped identify key target search terms, performed technical auditing of the new website and provided guidance for the migration to the new website and the blog from a subdomain to subfolder set-up. Our creative team then developed an integrated strategy with Unum’s own in-house digital team, to create useful, engaging content on the website and externally, positioning Unum as a thought leader within the field of employee benefits.

Our team worked with num to promote internal spokespeople to journalists through by-lined articles and interviews with the national press. The team also developed and outreached case studies to key target media. These campaigns were often built around popular events and awareness days, such as World Mental Health Day and Financial Capability Week, which the client supported heavily.
